Airteam, Ltd. Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement

Airteam, Ltd. offers the following with purchase of a Preventive Maintenance Service Agreement:

  1. Two (2) scheduled calls per year (see below for maintenance performed).
  2. 10% discount on all parts, material and labor needed during contract year, with no overtime charges.
  3. All parts and labor on repairs guaranteed for 90 days.
  4. 10% discount also applies to replacement of condensing units, evaporator coils, and furnaces.
  5. Cooling Maintenance
    Spring Changeover :: Conventional A/C & Heat Pump

    1. Inspect air-conditioning for oil and refrigerant leaks.
    2. Lubricate all bearings (except permanently lubricated motor bearings).
    3. Check safety devices and electrical components.
    4. Check refrigerant pressures and temperature drop.
    5. Check expansion valve and coil temperatures and adjust valves (where applicable) for optimum cooling.
    6. Clean condenser coil, if needed. (Acid wash not included).
    7. Check and blow out drains.
    8. Check and calibrate thermostat.
    9. Check filters.

    Heating Maintenance
    Fall Changeover :: Gas

    1. Clean and adjust burner and controls.
    2. Adjust combustion setting for optimum fuel combustion efficiency.
    3. Inspect furnace for combustion leaks, safety shut-off response, belt wear and alignment for proper safe function.
    4. Lubricate all bearings (except permanently lubricated motor bearings).
    5. Check and calibrate thermostat.
    6. Check temperature rise during heat cycle.
    7. Check filters.

    Fall Changeover :: Heat Pump

    1. Check temperature rise during heat pump cycle.
    2. Check control operation for emergency heat and defrost cycle.
    3. Complete items 1 through 5 on Electric Heat Fall Changeover.

    Fall Changeover :: Electric

    1. Check heating elements & components for safety.
    2. Lubricate all bearings (except permanently lubricated motor bearings).
    3. Check for proper voltage and amp draw on all heating components.
    4. Check and calibrate thermostat.
    5. Check filters.

Pricing

Savings in operating cost of up to $32.00 per month can be obtained through proper maintenance and cleaning of your air-conditioning systems.
